Stichkart Uniform LLC is looking for an experienced Product Merchandiser to join its school uniform division in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves managing fabric approvals, sampling, and production coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of school uniforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textiles, trims, garment construction, and vendor communication, along with proven experience in apparel merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve fabrics, trims, and accessories for school uniforms.

• Coordinate with factories and suppliers for sampling and bulk production.

• Manage the entire sampling process from tech pack review to pre-production approvals.

• Track production timelines, fabric availability, and factory lead times.

• Conduct quality checks on fabrics, stitching, sizing, and finishing.

• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure alignment with client specifications.

• Prepare and maintain order status reports, costing sheets, and production timelines.

• Negotiate pricing with vendors while maintaining quality standards.

• Supervise production at factories and resolve issues proactively.

• Ensure on-time delivery of uniforms as per school contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in merchandising (school uniforms, kidswear, apparel, or textiles).

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, weaving/knitting, garment construction, and trims.

• Hands-on experience with sampling, vendor management, and production follow-up.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Arabic.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for order tracking and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and factory coordination simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel to factories and school sites when required.
