Wadi Alsahab for Management Consultancies Co. is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join its clinical diagnostic laboratory team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to modern diagnostic technologies and provides a vital contribution to patient diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and public health initiatives across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze clinical specimens (blood, urine, swabs, body fluids) in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and serology.

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection while ensuring accurate labeling and patient safety.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and instruments.

• Execute daily quality control checks and address QC issues to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Enter and verify results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

• Follow biosafety, infection-control, and waste-management protocols.

• Support internal audits and accreditation activities (ISO 15189 standards).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.

• 1–3+ years of clinical laboratory experience in hematology, chemistry, or microbiology.

• Strong phlebotomy skills and proficiency with automated analyzers and LIS systems.

• Knowledge of QC procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

• Eligible for UAE licensure (DHA, MOH, HAAD) or ability to obtain.

• Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

• Ability to work in shifts and comply with safety protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PCR, ELISA, or blood bank testing.

• Familiarity with ISO 15189 accreditation processes.

• Background in high-volume diagnostic laboratories in the UAE/GCC region.
