This role involves shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing expert guidance to retain clients and prevent cancellations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients by finding and recommending suitable maid candidates.

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with maids to ensure accurate client matching.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and tailored solutions.

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

• Work 6 days a week to support customer needs and maintain service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong ability to assess client needs and shortlist candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

• Prior experience in shortlisting or recruitment is a plus.

• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in handling client situations.
