This part-time remote role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong connections in the hospitality industry. The executive will focus on building partnerships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and catering businesses, offering tailored overseas recruitment solutions to meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and catering businesses in the UAE.

• Build strong partnerships with HR managers and decision-makers.

• Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions.

• Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or HR consultancy within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of the hospitality sector and recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Established connections within the UAE hospitality sector are a strong advantage.
