Roche is seeking a global leader to drive its Innovative Access Program for Roche Diagnostics in emerging markets and LMICs. This full-time role focuses on developing integrated commercial access strategies, fostering partnerships, and implementing programs that improve patient access to diagnostics. The position requires collaboration with global and regional teams, national and supranational stakeholders, and lifecycle teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions while supporting Roche’s mission of expanding healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage with the global health network to shape the LMIC Innovative Access Program.

• Develop scalable solutions, connect internal and external stakeholders, and drive commercial growth.

• Build trusted partnerships with national, multinational, and global stakeholders.

• Oversee strategic direction and execution of donation programs, including CDiC.

• Identify commercial access opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.

• Facilitate business planning for the Innovative Access Program and ensure implementation.

• Drive alternative funding strategies for emerging countries and LMICs.

• Develop internal and external communication plans and support external reporting.

• Coordinate with Roche Pharma on LMIC strategy and program implementation.

• Travel up to 30% as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, science, public health, or related field (advanced degree a plus).

• 10+ years of experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry with strategic, commercial, or access roles.

• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

• Regional experience in Africa & Middle East, South/Southeast Asia, or Latin America.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
