Rapid7 is seeking a motivated Associate Sales Development Representative for their Dubai office. This hybrid, full-time role involves generating and nurturing sales leads for the Middle East and Africa region. You will work closely with Account Executives, conducting outreach via phone and other channels, qualifying leads, and supporting pipeline growth. This position is ideal for graduates or professionals with sales/customer service experience looking to advance in IT Sales and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualify and develop outbound sales leads, respond to product inquiries.

Conduct research to identify new leads, target campaigns, and follow up on marketing-generated leads.

Articulate sales pitches and secure meetings for Account Executives.

Track communication and lead progress accurately in CRM systems.

Collaborate with top-performing Account Executives to target prospect accounts.

Achieve quarterly lead and meeting quotas.
Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and customer service skills.
