Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to lead projects at their Abu Dhabi facility. The role involves managing contractors, coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with government approvals, and delivering projects efficiently within timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Oversee documentation and approvals for government compliance.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in managing projects in the UAE.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Skilled in contractor coordination and project supervision.

• Familiarity with government approvals, documentation, and compliance processes.

• Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively.

Salary & Benefits:
