Tutti Frutti Sorbets, a creative and rapidly growing ice cream venture in Dubai, is offering an internship for a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in business strategy, commercial operations, and brand development at the executive level. The intern will work closely with the CEO to drive growth, strengthen internal alignment, and support external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

   • Research and assess new markets, partners, and revenue opportunities in the UAE and MENA region.

   • Support the B2B pipeline by identifying new client segments, negotiating terms, and tracking performance.

   • Contribute to B2C growth strategies through retail activations and brand partnerships.

   • Prepare strategic presentations, pitch decks, and investor materials.

2. Commercial Negotiation

   • Assist in structuring and negotiating supplier deals, distribution agreements, and client contracts.

   • Support the CEO in preparation for high-level commercial meetings.

   • Coordinate internal execution of negotiated deals and monitor deliverables.

3. Marketing & Communication

   • Help shape internal and external communication, including social media and press updates.

   • Assist in developing the Tutti Frutti brand across B2B and B2C touchpoints.

   • Plan and support events, tastings, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.

• Prior experience or strong interest in startups, consulting, or the F&B industry.
