Taif Al Emarat, a luxury perfume retailer, is seeking a Sales Trainer to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on training and developing sales staff to ensure product knowledge, sales excellence, and exceptional customer experiences in the luxury perfume sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Train and mentor new and existing staff on sales processes, customer engagement, and brand values.

Provide detailed perfume knowledge, including fragrance families, olfactory notes, and storytelling.

Teach advanced sales techniques such as customer profiling, upselling, and relationship building.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high standards.

Update training materials and programs to align with perfume industry trends.

Act as the main reference point for product knowledge and sales excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in perfume sales or sales training.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Deep knowledge of perfumes with the ability to explain fragrances clearly.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Proven track record of coaching or training sales teams.
