Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, part of the Rare Finds collection, is seeking a Call Center Agent to manage communications with current and potential guests. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions, upselling services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly.

Follow communication scripts while addressing various topics.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.

Seize opportunities to upsell products and services.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

Keep records of all conversations in the call center database.

Attend seminars to improve knowledge and performance.

Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, call center, or customer service (luxury experience preferred).

Familiarity with call center systems and practices.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.

Proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
