The role involves taking and managing guest food and beverage orders with accuracy, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional service to create memorable dining experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, explain specials, and recommend items.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the resort’s order management system.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation.

• Respond to guest inquiries, dietary preferences, and provide knowledgeable suggestions.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.

• Prepare and deliver final bills according to resort standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the order-taking area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an In-Room Dining Order Taker in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of food and beverage menus, including dietary considerations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping accurate records.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant management systems.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field; additional certifications are a plus.
