Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants and sales agents.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Abu Dhabi market.

Provide continuous coaching, training, and performance evaluation to drive team success.

Analyze market trends and position the team for competitive advantage.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while upholding Masterpiece Property’s values of integrity and excellence.
Requirements:

2–3 years of proven success in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi.

Strong leadership and team management experience.

Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid Abu Dhabi Broker License required.
