PREES is seeking a skilled Press Machine Operator to join its production team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on operating and maintaining press machines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor press machines to meet production requirements.

• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machine settings according to specifications.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve minor breakdowns efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality control standards.

• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.

• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining press machines.

• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine checks.

• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good teamwork, coordination, and communication abilities.

• Full-time availability to work on-site in Dubai.

• Relevant certifications or vocational training in machine operation (preferred).

• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
