Regus, the world’s largest workspace network, is looking for a Community Associate to join its Dubai centre team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for professionals and businesses. As a Community Associate, you’ll provide support to customers, ensure smooth daily operations, and help foster a vibrant workspace community.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and service needs.

Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, calls, and deliveries.

Support customers with meeting room setups, equipment, and refreshments.

Coordinate with the Community Manager to plan networking events and activities.

Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment within the centre.

Provide timely updates and communications to clients regarding services and facilities.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-changing situations.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently.

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Confident in using MS Office and other basic IT applications.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage.
