Role Description:
Avrioc Technologies is hiring an IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets. The role involves managing procurement, compliance, license tracking, and maintaining accurate asset records. This position requires close collaboration with procurement, finance, and admin teams to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware & software).

• Handle IT purchasing, including online procurement.

• Track and maintain accurate records of asset movements, warranties, and renewals.

• Monitor software license usage and ensure compliance.

• Update and maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Admin teams for asset management.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for IT assets.

• Forecast requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in IT asset management.

• Hands-on experience with FreshService, ServiceNow, or Device42 (D42).

• Proficiency in IT asset tools and ITSM platforms.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices (ITIL v3 Foundation a plus).

• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.

• Track record of managing renewals and procurement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
