Role Description:
Token 13 Software L.L.C is hiring a Blockchain Product Manager to oversee the development and lifecycle of its digital wallet products. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, with responsibilities spanning product strategy, roadmap planning, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will ensure products align with regulatory and security standards while driving adoption and innovation in blockchain and DeFi solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

• Architect secure, scalable, and user-focused blockchain solutions.

• Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.

• Define product requirements, feature sets, and roadmaps.

• Incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.

• Ensure compliance with blockchain regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of product management experience (minimum 1 year in blockchain/Web3).

• Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solana, TRON, or similar ecosystems.

• Understanding of Web3, DeFi, and smart contract integration.

• Proven experience drafting PRDs and designing product flows.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to conduct market research and manage customer feedback loops.

• Knowledge of blockchain regulatory frameworks and security best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• Prior experience with digital wallet solutions or cryptocurrency is an advantage.

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
