Role Description:
TII’s Artificial Intelligence Research Center is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, productization, and launch of advanced AI solutions, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and related applied research initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure innovative solutions reach the market efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, collect, and analyze customer needs to create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).

• Propose, develop, and maintain the product roadmap and strategy.

• Build and execute a productization strategy for LLMs.

• Define features, scope, and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

• Translate requirements into technical specifications (Product Specification Documents) with R&D and engineering teams.

• Engage and manage internal/external stakeholders for prioritization and alignment.

• Develop test plans and quality programs to ensure product requirements are met.

• Work with R&D to build Proof of Concepts.

• Drive product and business planning in collaboration with R&D leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven success in product management with a track record of launching and managing innovative solutions.

• Experience leading the full product life cycle and prioritizing product features.

• In-depth understanding of Artificial Intelligence.

• Ability to perform market/customer analysis and translate needs into product requirements.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in delivering product marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in software, tech development, and product management.
