Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time MEP Draughtsman to prepare detailed technical drawings of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineers and architects, revising plans based on feedback, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and maintaining accurate drawing records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP technical drawings for construction projects.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to revise and finalize drawings.

• Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of revisions and drawings for reference.

• Support the engineering team in troubleshooting design issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and components.

• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Previous experience in MEP drafting or related roles is preferred.
