Job Description:
Xad Technologies is seeking a Head of Vocational and Training Center to lead and manage its vocational training facility in Dubai. This leadership role involves overseeing strategy, operations, program development, accreditation, and partnerships to ensure high-quality vocational education and successful student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the center’s vision, strategy, and daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with KHDA, ACTVET, and other UAE regulatory authorities.

• Develop and accredit vocational programs aligned with market demand.

• Build partnerships with government agencies, corporate entities, and industry stakeholders.

• Manage trainers and staff, ensuring student success and effective career placement outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in vocational education or training management.

• Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and business development skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 7,000–8,000 per month

• Benefits as per UAE labor law
