Job Description:
The Assistant Product Manager will support product development, supply chain operations, and client relationship management. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to design and manufacture soccer balls and bags, ensuring quality standards, conducting market research, and supporting marketing and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product development team in designing and manufacturing soccer balls and bags.

• Manage supply chain logistics and ensure smooth production-to-delivery cycles.

• Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain professional standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.

• Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Support marketing, branding, and promotional activities.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven skills in product development and design, preferably in sports equipment or bags.

• Experience in supply chain management and quality assurance.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong market research and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Prior experience in the sports or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
