Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all project phases: planning, design, execution, and timely completion.

• Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, and site reports.

• Ensure quality assurance, safety compliance, and effective risk management.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce.

• Provide technical guidance, negotiate contracts, and optimize project outcomes.

• Lead, delegate, and coordinate meetings, tasks, and training for efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Jordanian male, 30–40 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience managing mid to high-rise residential projects.

• Expertise across the full project cycle: pre-construction, project planning, design management, layout & floor planning, financial oversight, procurement, supplier coordination, reporting, and authority approvals.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

• UAE experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 22,000 – 23,000 per month (all-inclusive).
