Shamal Holding, a diversified investment firm known for curating extraordinary experiences and assets, is hiring Crew Members for its Five Guys outlet at City Walk, Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Crew Members are trained across multiple positions, including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Cashier, Preparation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service in a clean, safe, and friendly environment.

• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to Managers.

• Follow Five Guys brand standards and complete training via Five Guys University.

• Support operational goals and contribute to achieving restaurant targets.

• Maintain cleanliness across operational, kitchen, restroom, and terrace areas.

• Accurately operate cash registers and safeguard company assets.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, hygiene, grooming, and punctuality standards.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service crew member or in a similar role.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
