About the Role
Charterhouse is partnering with a leading F&B organisation to hire an experienced HR Manager who will act as a strategic partner to the business and drive organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR leadership within the UAE, with a proven track record in employee relations, engagement, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role will oversee the full employee lifecycle and play a pivotal part in shaping HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, engagement, and performance management.

Advise stakeholders on HR best practices and handle disciplinary and grievance matters in line with UAE labour law.

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to support retention and workplace satisfaction.

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee compensation & benefits, ensuring competitiveness against market benchmarks.

Support implementation of performance reviews, appraisals, and talent management frameworks.

Contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives that foster long-term capability.

Collaborate with senior leadership and the HR Director to align HR strategies with organisational growth.
Requirements

Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5+ preferred.

Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and HR compliance.

Experience working closely with senior leadership/board directors on strategic HR planning.

Excellent organisational, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
