About the Role

Charterhouse is partnering with a leading F&B organisation to hire an experienced HR Manager who will act as a strategic partner to the business and drive organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR leadership within the UAE, with a proven track record in employee relations, engagement, performance management, and compensation & benefits.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will oversee the full employee lifecycle and play a pivotal part in shaping HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, engagement, and performance management.

  • Advise stakeholders on HR best practices and handle disciplinary and grievance matters in line with UAE labour law.

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to support retention and workplace satisfaction.

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Oversee compensation & benefits, ensuring competitiveness against market benchmarks.

  • Support implementation of performance reviews, appraisals, and talent management frameworks.

  • Contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives that foster long-term capability.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the HR Director to align HR strategies with organisational growth.


Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5+ preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and HR compliance.

  • Experience working closely with senior leadership/board directors on strategic HR planning.

  • Excellent organisational, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
