About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across our business. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting ERP/POS systems, and managing IT infrastructure, while delivering outstanding customer service to employees and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for software, hardware, ERP, POS, and network systems.

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document incidents to maintain operational efficiency.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Deliver user training and guidance on software applications, IT procedures, and policies.

• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.

• Perform administrative IT tasks such as procurement requests, work permits, and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize IT systems.

• Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and support practices.

• Provide on-call support for retail store operations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

• Knowledge of ERP, POS, and retail-related software (preferred).

• Proficient in PC hardware, software applications, and networking.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
