About the Role

We are seeking a UAE National – People & Brand Executive to play a key role in employer branding and employee engagement. This role supports recruitment marketing, internal communications, and engagement initiatives while promoting the hotel’s culture and values. You will collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging internally and externally, positioning the hotel as an employer of choice in the competitive UAE hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance employer brand presence to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

• Support recruitment marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

• Manage and coordinate internal communications to engage employees.

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

• Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Contribute to projects that strengthen organizational reputation and culture.

Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, HR, or engagement roles is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in the field are welcome to apply.
