About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our off-plan real estate sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Dubai property market, with strong experience managing both in-house sales teams and external brokerage networks. This role requires a balance of leadership, market expertise, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project launches.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for off-plan projects.

  • Build and manage relationships with external brokerage firms and third-party sales agents; oversee onboarding and training of new partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns, launches, and lead generation initiatives with sales objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine pricing and sales approach.

  • Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate CRM data and timely prospect follow-ups.

  • Provide input on pricing strategies, product development, and project positioning.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and RERA requirements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Minimum 7 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven success in selling off-plan properties in Dubai.

  • Strong background in managing sales teams and brokerage networks.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital lead generation, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, buyer trends, and RERA regulations.
