Role Overview

As a Site Merchandiser, you will manage and optimize online product assortments, promotions, and customer journeys across Chalhoub’s e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless product launches, content alignment, stock management, and reporting, driving both conversion and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Launches

  • Manage product categories, collections, SKUs, and ERP alignment.

  • Oversee new product launches, content requests, and stock coordination.

  • Ensure timely activation of promotions (discounts, GWPs, PWPs).

Online Merchandising

  • Use sales and analytics to optimize product placement, filters, and menus.

  • Maintain homepage banners, landing pages, and product descriptions.

  • Improve product pages with imagery, reviews, upselling, and offers.

Stock & Forecasting

  • Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock issues.

  • Forecast replenishments and manage sell-through KPIs.

  • Work with supply chain and purchasing teams to ensure availability.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Own and manage the merchandising calendar.

  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, social media, and content teams.

  • Ensure campaign products are live, linked, and marketed on time.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce weekly/monthly sales, best-sellers, and brand performance reports.

  • Monitor Google Analytics and website KPIs (traffic, conversion, CTRs).

  • Generate forecasts and actionable insights to improve site performance.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in online merchandising, ideally in fashion/beauty e-commerce.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with product management, promotions, and site navigation.

  • Reporting, forecasting, and commercial acumen to drive online sales.

  • Quick learner and proactive self-starter.

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is preferred.
