Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Spa Consultant (Beauty Consultant) to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering expert beauty advice, and promoting L’Occitane products while maintaining the highest retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, building trust and loyalty.

• Advise customers on products, services, and treatments best suited to their needs.

• Perform facials, massages, and beauty demonstrations with professionalism.

• Drive sales and revenue growth by achieving daily and monthly targets.

• Track performance including sell-out targets, promotions, and new launches.

• Prepare daily sales reports and participate in incentive programs.

• Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.

• Manage stock replenishment, reporting shortages, and receiving inventory.

• Maintain professional grooming and uphold luxury service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty, spa, or luxury retail.

• Skilled in facials, massages, and customer beauty consultations.

• Strong understanding of the luxury customer journey.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
