The role involves creating and executing digital strategies, managing acquisition campaigns, and aligning marketing with sales goals to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the digital marketing roadmap.

• Build, test, and optimize lead generation funnels.

• Manage digital campaigns including social ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and retargeting.

• Track and analyze KPIs such as traffic, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Conduct A/B tests and analyze creative and audience performance.

• Report campaign performance and insights to management.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Coordinate with social media agencies to deliver aligned campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or project management.

• Proven expertise in lead generation and digital acquisition.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and email marketing tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROI and conversion optimization.

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
