Virtusa is seeking an experienced bilingual Content Creator (English & Arabic) to support the revamp of its banking websites. The role requires expertise in financial and Islamic/Sharia-compliant terminology to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for diverse digital segments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centric content while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revamp content across website sections in both English and Arabic.

• Draft, localize, and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand tone.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and subject matter experts to deliver user-focused content (webpages, product descriptions, FAQs, support sections).

• Develop Sharia-compliant content for Islamic banking products such as Sukuk, Murabaha, and Takaful.

• Ensure all content meets regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.

• Optimize content for SEO, mobile readability, accessibility, and customer experience.

• Maintain governance guidelines and documentation throughout the content lifecycle.

• Upload and manage content on Figma design platforms.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a content writer for banking, finance, or fintech websites.

• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and terminology.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and revamping bilingual website content.

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Sitecore) is an advantage.

• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
