The company is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for ambitious Telesales Executives who are ready to make a real impact in a high-energy sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients via cold calling and follow-ups to generate leads.

  • Build strong relationships and book meetings for the field sales team.

  • Promote Yo Telecom’s innovative telecom solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Deliver a consultative sales approach, building trust and credibility with clients.

  • Handle objections effectively by identifying client issues and providing the right solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve sales targets while participating in incentives and team-building activities.

  • Maintain a competitive and positive mindset, driving personal and team performance.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

  • Minimum 1 year of phone-based sales experience (B2B outbound experience preferred).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • High energy, competitive, and goal-driven with a positive attitude.

  • Customer-focused and ambitious personality.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented sales environment.

What We Offer:

  • Achievable OTE of AED 15,000+ with uncapped commission (top performers exceed targets regularly).

  • Basic salary between AED 4,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience).
