Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.

• Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.

• Promote menu specials and upsell food & beverage items.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Manage cash handling, process payments, and operate POS systems.

• Support inventory management and restocking activities.

• Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk teams to enhance guest experiences.

• Participate in training programs, team meetings, and special events.

• Uphold grooming and dress code standards.

• Assist in mentoring and training new team members.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus; basic culinary knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
