Key Responsibilities:

📞 Sales & Client Engagement

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote a reputable forex trading platform.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Engage with new client leads and convert them into active clients in compliance with regulations.
• Assist clients with account opening procedures and initial deposits.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.

🧠 Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales.
• Knowledge of stock market or forex trading is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
