We are currently hiring a Programme Facilitator (Education) for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position is ideal for a confident and autonomous educator who can lead engaging sessions, adapt to diverse learning environments, and collaborate effectively with internal teams—without formal line-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

🎓 Program Delivery

• Facilitate dynamic, inclusive sessions for mixed age groups (in-person and virtual), ensuring learning objectives and safeguarding standards are met.
• Adapt delivery style to suit various settings including school days, enrichment programs, camps, and short intensives.
• Model effective classroom management, behavior expectations, and positive participation.

🧭 Acting as “Lead on the Day” (when required)

• Conduct session briefs and debriefs, assign roles, and align on outcomes.
• Escalate risks early (attendance, behavior, safeguarding, logistics) and maintain delivery quality.
• Document session outcomes, feedback, and actions in shared workspaces.

📋 Preparation & Quality Assurance

• Review session decks, tailor examples to school context, and verify resources, space, and tech setup.
• Collect feedback from learners and educators; suggest improvements to content and delivery flow.

🤝 Operational Collaboration

• Coordinate with Account Managers on scheduling, rooming, resources, and travel logistics.
• Report incidents and attendance accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clear communication via Slack and email; ensure shared documents and Drive files are organized.

🌍 Culture & Representation

• Represent 8billionideas professionally with cultural sensitivity, punctuality, and excellent communication with clients and parents.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• High session quality (NPS/teacher feedback), learner engagement, and behavior outcomes.
• Timely session starts, accurate reporting, and zero avoidable incidents.
• Positive client feedback and smooth team handovers.
• Constructive input into content and operational improvements.

Skills & Experience:

✅ Essential

• Proven experience facilitating youth learning (schools, camps, enrichment programs).
• Strong classroom presence and group management skills.
• Warm, clear communication and professional feedback exchange.
• Comfortable with tech tools: Zoom/Meet, Google Workspace, Slack (bonus: Canva, Figma, Notion).
• Right to work in the UAE; willing to travel across emirates and work occasional evenings/weekends.

✨ Desirable

• Arabic language skills or strong regional knowledge.
• Awareness of SEN (Special Educational Needs), first aid certification, and safeguarding credentials.
• Experience in bilingual or international school environments.
• Ability to step in as session lead when needed.
