We are currently seeking a well-organized and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on managing government-related documentation, regulatory compliance, and formal communication with authorities, embassies, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

🛂 Government Relations & Compliance

• Act as the company’s official representative with UAE government departments (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Free Zones).
• Manage immigration, labour, and licensing activities including applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
• Oversee visa processes for employees and families, including Emirates ID, health insurance, and sponsorship.
• Handle legalizations, attestations, Ejari, tenancy contracts, civil defense certificates, and related permits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Immigration Law, and free zone regulations.

👥 Employee Services

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes including medical tests, visa stamping, and cancellations.
• Guide employees through government-related procedures and coordinate with embassies or consulates.

📞 Coordination & Communication

• Build strong relationships with ministries, embassies, free zones, and semi-government bodies.
• Provide updates to management on regulatory changes and policy updates.
• Collaborate with HR/Admin on legal and immigration matters and assist during audits or inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa, immigration, and licensing procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Established network within government departments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones).
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
