Our Tier 1 main contracting client is seeking experienced Architectural BIM Modelers to join their team for prestigious residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the Emirates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major projects in the UAE, working within a main contracting company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of architectural projects independently while maintaining agreed BIM standards.

• Interpret and review client project requirements, preparing and presenting draft design briefs.

• Coordinate with Senior Architects to set up project programs, schedules, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with the concept team to ensure timely and cost-effective outputs.

• Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and project stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines.

• Oversee submissions for building permits and Civil Defence approvals.

• Conduct project tracking, progress reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and maintain project documentation.

• Provide daily design package updates and resolve outstanding technical issues with the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years with a recognized main contractor in the UAE.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods.

• Proven technical expertise in 3D modeling, drawing production, and model coordination.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality BIM outputs within deadlines.
