We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader – F&B to join a boutique café located in Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate will oversee daily café operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead the team in delivering a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service flow.

• Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain service, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Manage staff scheduling, inventory support, and cash handling.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian nationals, 35 years old and below.

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety practices.

• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
