Our client, a leading main contractor, is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale villa development project in Dubai. This is a long-term assignment with an estimated project duration of 36 months, offering an excellent opportunity to manage a high-profile residential development in the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• 15–20 years of proven industry experience with leading contractors.

• Strong track record managing large-scale villa or residential community projects.

• Previous UAE project experience is mandatory.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Exceptional leadership, planning, and project execution skills.

• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
