The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development is seeking a skilled Bilingual (Arabic/English) Content Writer for an on-site, outsourced contract role. The ideal candidate will have experience in government or public sector content creation and demonstrate native or near-native proficiency in both Arabic and English. This role involves developing high-quality content that aligns with government branding and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit error-free content in Arabic and English, including copywriting, articles, reports, scripts, social media posts, and newsletters.

• Ensure all content aligns with government brand voice, messaging guidelines, and strategic objectives.

• Translate and adapt content between Arabic and English while preserving meaning, context, and cultural nuance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and create content supporting key economic initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• Fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong writing, reading, and speaking skills.

• Experience in government or public sector content creation is preferred.
