The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development is seeking a skilled Bilingual (Arabic/English) Content Writer for an on-site, outsourced contract role. The ideal candidate will have experience in government or public sector content creation and demonstrate native or near-native proficiency in both Arabic and English. This role involves developing high-quality content that aligns with government branding and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit error-free content in Arabic and English, including copywriting, articles, reports, scripts, social media posts, and newsletters.

Ensure all content aligns with government brand voice, messaging guidelines, and strategic objectives.

Translate and adapt content between Arabic and English while preserving meaning, context, and cultural nuance.

Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and create content supporting key economic initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong writing, reading, and speaking skills.

Experience in government or public sector content creation is preferred.
