We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join our team remotely. The role involves assessing, developing, and coaching GTM executives and teams, providing diagnostic feedback, and helping clients activate MEDDICC practices to achieve predictable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with private equity leaders and commercial directors to assess and develop GTM executives and teams.

• Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations on MEDDICC practices, team effectiveness, and GTM execution.

• Advise clients on MEDDICC maturity, activation, and frontline team effectiveness.

• Provide one-time or ongoing MEDDICC feedback to sharpen qualification discipline and elevate deal execution performance.

• Assist clients in creating upgraded QBR frameworks, forecast scorecards, and deal-review playbooks.

• Coach GTM managers and operating partners to implement first-line manager-led MEDDICC programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in commercial consulting, GTM strategy, or business operations.

• Ability to advise senior executives on strategic and operational decisions.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

• Track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements is preferred.

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings from day one, with no cap on upside.

• Compensation directly scales with the value created for clients.
