We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role supports the maintenance of quality standards, helps improve manufacturing processes, and ensures products meet both customer and regulatory requirements. It is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with basic manufacturing knowledge looking to build a career in quality management.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Apply basic quality control procedures, including checking product samples and monitoring production.

Collect and analyze quality data to prevent defects.

Support supplier quality checks by reviewing material documents and resolving issues.

Assist in training production operators on quality standards and procedures.

Work with customer service teams to address feedback and complaints.

Prepare reports and follow up on product quality inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and interest in quality management.

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn quality tools and techniques.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Customer-focused with a positive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience in manufacturing or quality.

Familiarity with basic quality concepts such as inspections and data recording.

Any certifications or training in quality (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
