Katrina Bakery LLC is seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to create visually stunning and high-quality baked products. This full-time, on-site role involves decorating cakes, cookies, and cupcakes using both freehand techniques and specialized tools, ensuring all products meet company standards for quality, freshness, and food safety. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cake decoration and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate cakes and other baked items according to requirements using freehand techniques and decoration tools.

• Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, freshness, and food safety.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.

• Supervise or create cakes and custom cookies/cupcakes for holidays and special events.

• Follow company customer service procedures and participate in scheduled employee meetings, contributing suggestions for improvement.

• Deliver a high-quality final presentation for all baked items.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cake Decorator or Toy Maker.

• Ability to perform all listed duties and responsibilities effectively.

• Any nationality.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and dedication to quality standards.
