Super Sports Group, founded in 1998, is one of the largest GCC-based organizations providing sports event management services and professional coaching academies. With more than 150 events annually and over 100,000 participants, the group is recognized for delivering world-class sports experiences in collaboration with partners like Dubai Sports Council and Abu Dhabi Sports Council.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at a 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a premium hospitality environment, teaching clients of all ages and skill levels while building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional swimming lessons to clients across all age groups and skill levels.

• Plan and manage your own schedule for private and group classes.

• Build rapport with guests and residents, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.

• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards around the pool area.

• Collaborate with hotel wellness staff to enhance guest wellness offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of swimming instruction experience in Dubai (lifeguarding experience alone is not sufficient).

• Proven ability to work independently and manage client bookings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Existing client base or professional network in Dubai Marina is an advantage.

• Ideally based in or near Dubai Marina.

Qualifications:

• Certified experience in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons (minimum 2 years in Dubai).

• Strong proficiency in swimming and aquatics.

• CPR and First Aid certification required.

• Experience with diverse participants, from children to adults.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field preferred.
