Mezzan Foods is looking for a Merchandiser to join their dynamic FMCG team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure strong brand visibility, stock rotation, compliance with merchandising standards, and support the sales team in achieving targets. This role is critical for maintaining strong market presence, improving purchase points, and ensuring smooth execution of visibility contracts.
Job Responsibilities:

Follow assigned routes and scheduled store visits as per route instructions

Ensure customers comply with visibility contract requirements

Maintain and manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) across outlets, ensuring proper stock rotation on warm and cold shelves

Enhance brand visibility and increase purchase points within each outlet

Report competitor promotions and market dynamics to the supervisor

Ensure consistent stock availability on both on-shelf and off-shelf locations

Support sales teams in achieving monthly targets

Submit monthly merchandising and visibility reports with photos of POSM

Maintain accurate records of POSM assigned along the route
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of FMCG market, retail stores, and products

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience within the FMCG sector

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Minimum high school or college education
-
Excellent reporting and communication skills
