Noble Veterinary Clinics is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Call Center Agent to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is honest, hard-working, and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently

Make outgoing calls for reminders, follow-ups, and client communication

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email

Schedule and manage appointments through the clinic’s booking system

Provide pet owners with information on services, treatments, and clinic policies

Process client payments and maintain accurate records

Perform general administrative duties to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Greet clients warmly and assist them with professionalism

Support the veterinary team with day-to-day tasks when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (experience in a veterinary or medical environment is an advantage)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Comfortable working in fast-paced or emotionally sensitive situations
