Emirates Talent Connect is hiring a Call Center Operator (Real Estate) to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to support sales and leasing operations. The Call Center Operator will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, manage client inquiries, and assist in coordinating property viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.

• Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and client engagement.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for property viewings with sales and leasing agents.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company listings, promotions, and policies.

• Record client data, feedback, and actions in CRM systems.

• Meet or exceed monthly performance and lead generation targets.

• Handle client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

• Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• UAE experience preferred.
