Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and reduce wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Handle guest items, lost & found, and in-room safety issues responsibly.

• Operate and care for housekeeping tools and cleaning products safely.

• Provide courteous and prompt responses to guest requests and inquiries.

• Report unusual occurrences, guest complaints, and maintenance issues to supervisors.

• Attend daily briefings, scheduled training, and maintain professional grooming standards.

• Ensure smooth shift handovers and uphold inter-departmental cooperation.

• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and fire safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

• Physically fit and able to perform demanding cleaning tasks.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
