Emerson is seeking an HR Intern – GS to join its Dubai office on a full-time internship. This opportunity allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world HR practices while gaining exposure to a professional, dynamic, and collaborative workplace. The internship provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll support, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture events.

  • Collaborate on HR policy development and compliance projects.

  • Contribute to recruitment by posting jobs, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.

  • Coordinate training programs, create materials, and schedule development sessions.

  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

  • Support the Total Rewards team in enhancing payroll and benefits programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interest in HR and willingness to gain practical experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
