The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in computer use and call handling systems.

Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
