The receptionist will be responsible for handling calls, scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and supporting the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner.

• Make outgoing calls for appointment reminders and client follow-ups.

• Handle emails and client inquiries effectively.

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking system.

• Provide pet owners with basic information on services, treatments, and policies.

• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.

• Support administrative tasks for efficient clinic operations.

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.

• Collaborate with the veterinary team in day-to-day tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (veterinary/medical experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced or emotional environment.

• Comfort with handling and being around animals.
